Emile Henry has introduced a brilliant new color, Azur, in their line of flame top cookware. Emile Henry's flame top cookware is handcrafted from clay from the Burgundy region of France and can be used on a direct flame, in the oven, or in the microwave.

The Emile Henry Azur Flame cookware includes 4 sizes of Round Dutch Ovens (which can be used for cooking stews, rice, and other dishes where the benefits of the clay cookery locks in the flavors): 2.6qt, 4.2qt, 5.5qt, and 7qt; a 3.4qt Brazier; a large, 17x11" Roasting pan; and last but certainly not least, a Moroccan Tagine.
